When starting to learn to drive, many
learners make the one same basic mistake, they look at the
cost of the lesson, not the amount it’s going to cost to
pass.
Some schools can charge very little per hour, but limit
your road time, take things very slowly, or just drive very
little. Whilst you might think that “only” paying £6.99 for
that hour is cheap, it’s not, it’s one hour you could have
really progressed towards your test, which you didn’t. How
does that work out more expensive? Well lets say you have
100 lessons at that £11.99, that’s £1199.00, however if
you’d passed 60 hours earlier with SDDA, you’d have saved
£359 as many of (and no not all) our students pass within
40 hours.
SDDA doesn’t do stationary lessons after pretty much the
first lesson. We want our students to pass, and we want our
students to have fun doing so. If you’re miserable with
your driving school, then change.
Learning to drive should be a fun rewarding and safe thing
to do. We don’t forget the Safe at SDDA, however we DO
remember the fun and rewarding.
The AA advert in Yellow pages boasts that..98% (of the 786
students they could be bothered to talk to) would recommend
them. So given the AA teaches 10’s of thousands of Students
each year 98% of 786 would recommend them, that’s 770 out
of 10,000 odd..you do the math as to how many might not..We
find that we have a slightly higher recommendation rate
than that. We offer to photograph you on your test pass, so
you have something to remember that day by, but lots of our
students funnily enough remember the first day. The day
that the journey to learn to drive started together.
Because we work together with our students, we have fun
teaching our students safely, we have a GREAT pass rate.
We offer a
unique blend of confidence building, friendliness and
professionalism that lets even the most nervous of learners
drivers make good progress through to their driving test.
Many of our students that we teach in Epsom, Sutton, Cheam
and Ewell pass FIRST TIME! Although we cannot guarantee a
first time pass, we don't pressure you to take your driving
test as a learner driver, until together we feel you are
fully ready.
Safety has to come first, but here at Surrey Downs we make
fun second third and fourth. Driving is and should be fun,
we will help you to build up the confidence to enjoy
driving and have fun whilst you are driving, all whilst
being a safe considerate driver. We can assist you at each
